Refund Policy

No Goods are provided by this site only the Service of electronic listing of your information on the site which is a non returnable service as such we do not generally offer refunds on fees for your listing.

Fuelled Driving complies with the following refund policy:

1. You have a maximum of 72hrs to make a claim for refund from the time of purchasing your list. No refunds will be provided after this time though corrections to any mistakes in the ad will be made.
2. Refunds are obtainable within the first 72 hours on the following grounds
   • your ad had not been posted
   • multiple ads have been paid for by accident, note the original advert is not refundable
3. Refunds within the first 72 hrs are not applicable on any other grounds for example changing your mind, the vehicle has already been sold or you have made a mistake listing the vehicle, or wishing to change to a shorter period of listing
4. Any corrections to the advert can be made by customer following purchase during the lifetime of the advert from update your advert page.

NONE OF THE ABOVE AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This contract shall be construed according to the Law of England and shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
